Mangal dosha means Mars sits in certain houses of the chart. It does not rule out a match. The texts give several conditions under which it is cancelled or reduced, for example when both partners carry it. An app's one-line flag cannot tell you whether any of those apply, so get both charts read.

Yes. Vastu, Vaastu and Vasthu are different spellings of Vastu Shastra, the old Indian system for placing rooms, doors and furniture in a building. However you spell it when you search, you are asking for the same thing.
